甘肅天水市羅家溝大橋300m自錨懸索橋施工關鍵技術研究

           中(zhong)鐵二十局集團第四(si)工程有限公司負責施工的甘(gan)肅省天(tian)水市羅(luo)家(jia)溝大橋(qiao)主(zhu)(zhu)橋(qiao)為(wei)50m+115m+85m+50m=300m獨(du)塔、自(zi)錨(mao)式懸(xuan)索橋(qiao),基礎采(cai)用(yong)群樁基礎、分離式承臺,主(zhu)(zhu)塔采(cai)用(yong)雙塔柱、呈“門”字(zi)形布置(zhi);主(zhu)(zhu)梁采(cai)用(yong)全焊單箱多室閉口鋼箱梁結(jie)(jie)構;在(zai)主(zhu)(zhu)梁兩側各(ge)設(she)置(zhi)一根主(zhu)(zhu)纜,全橋(qiao)共(gong)兩根主(zhu)(zhu)纜;全橋(qiao)共(gong)設(she)置(zhi)31對(dui)吊(diao)(diao)桿,主(zhu)(zhu)跨18對(dui)、邊(bian)跨13對(dui),吊(diao)(diao)桿的標準水平間距為(wei)6m,主(zhu)(zhu)跨最短的三(san)對(dui)吊(diao)(diao)桿為(wei)剛性(xing)吊(diao)(diao)桿。該橋(qiao)為(wei)甘(gan)肅省境內在(zai)建的第一座自(zi)錨(mao)式懸(xuan)索橋(qiao),該橋(qiao)不僅(jin)結(jie)(jie)構受力復雜、而(er)且橋(qiao)位(wei)處地質紛(fen)雜,再加上工期要求緊,更加增(zeng)大了(le)施工難度(du)。

 該成(cheng)果(guo)在甘肅省天水(shui)市(shi)羅家溝(gou)大橋(qiao)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)得到成(cheng)功(gong)應(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)。施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)采用(yong)(yong)了(le)混(hun)凝土支護(hu)(hu)樁(zhuang)與高(gao)(gao)壓旋噴樁(zhuang)組合支護(hu)(hu)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術,成(cheng)功(gong)解決(jue)了(le)主(zhu)河道內(nei)沖積地層(ceng)下的(de)主(zhu)塔(ta)(ta)承臺深基(ji)坑支護(hu)(hu)和(he)止水(shui)問(wen)題;采用(yong)(yong)主(zhu)塔(ta)(ta)線形和(he)內(nei)力雙(shuang)控(kong)技(ji)(ji)術,確(que)保了(le)帶有傾角的(de)門型主(zhu)塔(ta)(ta)的(de)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)和(he)質量;大跨度(du)斜交異形梁頂推施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術的(de)應(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong),在不中(zhong)斷高(gao)(gao)速公(gong)路交通的(de)情況下安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)、高(gao)(gao)效(xiao)(xiao)的(de)完成(cheng)了(le)大跨度(du)斜交異型梁的(de)頂推施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong);梁纜(lan)同(tong)步(bu)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術的(de)應(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong),既使整體工(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)提(ti)前了(le)一個月又節約了(le)成(cheng)本;自錨(mao)式懸索(suo)橋(qiao)結構(gou)體系轉換(huan)關鍵技(ji)(ji)術的(de)應(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong),成(cheng)功(gong)解決(jue)了(le)柔性索(suo)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)過(guo)程(cheng)數據(ju)模擬分析、索(suo)力控(kong)制精度(du)不高(gao)(gao)的(de)問(wen)題;氯磺橡(xiang)膠(jiao)的(de)主(zhu)纜(lan)防護(hu)(hu)技(ji)(ji)術的(de)應(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)彌補(bu)了(le)傳統主(zhu)纜(lan)防護(hu)(hu)容易(yi)老(lao)化的(de)缺點。使施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)難點全(quan)(quan)面受控(kong),為羅家溝(gou)大橋(qiao)高(gao)(gao)質、高(gao)(gao)效(xiao)(xiao)的(de)按期(qi)建成(cheng)通車奠定了(le)堅實的(de)基(ji)礎,取得了(le)顯著的(de)社(she)會效(xiao)(xiao)益及經(jing)濟效(xiao)(xiao)益。

 2.技術創新點:

         (1)研發的臨時錨固技術,實現了(le)自錨式(shi)懸索橋的梁纜同步施工,縮短(duan)了(le)工期。

        (2)基于步履式(shi)頂推(tui)法完成了斜交異形(xing)鋼箱梁的頂推(tui)施工,在頂推(tui)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)能夠根據主(zhu)梁實際斜交角和質量分布情(qing)況(kuang)對(dui)各點處的頂升(sheng)力進行(xing)實時(shi)調(diao)整,優化、改進了既有步履式(shi)頂推(tui)施工工藝。

       (3)改(gai)進了既有頻率(lv)法測量(liang)吊(diao)桿索力的(de)(de)計算(suan)公式(shi),建立了可(ke)計入端部性質影響的(de)(de)修正索力計算(suan)公式(shi)并取得了實際驗證,解決(jue)了短吊(diao)桿索力測量(liang)偏差較大的(de)(de)技(ji)術難題。
